These coffee beans have been decaffeinated with the natural Swiss Water Process. You will be missing the caffeine, but certainly not body or flavour.
This non-casked coffee accentuates bright flavours of chocolate and dry nuts.
We use single-origin coffee beans sourced from smallholder coffee producers in Colombia, where the warm climate, rich volcanic soil and high altitude produce the world’s finest Arabica beans.
Our beans are grown by small coffee producers who pick and process their coffee at micro-wet mills and then dry the beans on elevated tables inside solar dryers that provide protection from the rain.
Our coffee is roasted in small batches up to a medium level to preserve its rich original flavour and ensure that every cup delivers the best aroma.
